The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of key digital initiatives focused on improving customer-facing experiences. This role sits within a web and digital environment, driving enhancements across online platforms that directly impact user engagement and experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of web and digital experience projects
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive and engaging digital solutions
* Manage timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
* Ensure alignment between business requirements, user needs, and technical delivery
About You
* Proven experience delivering web or digital projects as a Project Manager
* Strong understanding of digital platforms, websites, and customer experience journeys
* Exposure to UX/UI principles and working closely with design teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
