Job Title: Commercial Strategy Lead
As a pioneering commercial strategist, you will champion our category leadership and customer marketing initiatives. You will collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our brands in-store.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Working alongside innovation managers to build commercial plans and approaches that ensure new launches land with impact internally, with customers and instore.
* Collaborating with category leadership to incorporate category strategy into trade strategy development, ensuring end-to-end planning prioritises category growth.
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy, including the development of trade and investment strategies and leading RGM workstreams to prioritise channels and customers while guiding commercial investments for effective strategy implementation.
* Leading the commercialisation and implementation of customer marketing programs based on customer strategy and category opportunities, driving executional excellence through 365 essentials sales fundamentals.
* Using data analytics tools to extract actionable insights for informed decision-making in commercial strategies.
You will bring:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG, with commercial experience in account management, category, and strategy.
* A proven track record of driving growth through collaborative insight-to-action initiatives with both customers and internal partners.
* Proficiency in using scan/panel data tools such as IRI, Nielsen, Quantium, and Coles Synergy.
* Demonstrated success in achieving results with a 'triple win' approach while working closely with customers or suppliers.
* Strong business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and deliver successful plans.
* A flexible leadership style with proven influence capabilities; adept at navigating ambiguity and complexity in fast-paced environments.
