With over 30 years of industry experience, Ascott is renowned for its award-winning brands recognized worldwide.About the roleThe Revenue Performance Manager plays a key role within the corporate Revenue and Distribution team, supporting all brands in Australia—Quest Apartment Hotels, Citadines, lyf, Oakwood, and Somerset.This flexible role can be based anywhere in Australia.The position requires a detail-oriented, strategic thinker capable of developing and executing revenue strategies to achieve portfolio revenue goals. Success depends on effective stakeholder management, time management, and the ability to implement and monitor various strategies across the portfolio.In this role, you will:Develop and implement tailored revenue strategies for each property, contributing to network-wide initiatives.Collaborate with business leaders to review performance, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to inform pricing and distribution decisions.Work with internal teams to align on revenue goals and strategic initiatives.Provide training, tools, and guidance to empower local teams in data-driven decision-making.Promote a revenue-focused culture across your portfolio and the wider organization.About youThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue management within the accommodation industry and experience managing a multi-property portfolio.
