Main Responsibilities:
* Selling jewellery products to customers
* Providing high-class customer service
* Assisting colleagues in completing tasks
* Supporting departmental operations and product work
* Training new staff members
* Offering feedback on performance and expectations
* High school education level or above
* At least 3 years working experience in the jewellery retail industry
* Strong selling and interpersonal skills
* Effective communication and written skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
* Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
