This business is a well established Melbourne builder who has new work set to commence. They are looking to add a Site Manager to their team for a new $40m Aged Care project in the South-Eastern suburbs.
In this role you will report to a Project Manager and take responsibility for all aspects of site activities. Your will overview Subcontractor activity across the site to ensure progress to time, cost, quality and safety targets. You will also have extensive client interaction so your ability to deal with stakeholders will be crucial.
To suit this role you will be expected to have previous experience working with commercial-industrial builders on projects from $30m and bigger. You will need to have advanced construction knowledge, excellent communication skills and an ability to problem solve construction issues on site to achieve project milestones. This role will suit someone looking to be part of a tight knit team. Remuneration will be suit your experience.
