What You’ll Be Doing Lead by example and deliver unforgettable customer experiences. Keep the energy up and ensure the venue is running like clockwork. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. Oversee inventory and stock management. Train, develop, and support a motivated, high-performing team. Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and venue performance. Take ownership of venue P&L.
