- The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing EA and administrative support to the Director of Engineering & Technology (E&T) and other senior management within the E&T Function, as required.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality Executive Administrative support to our Director of Engineering & Technology
- Organise daily schedule and meetings, including booking meeting rooms
- Making travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Managing office documentation and organisation
- Coordinate and support office management and event management tasks in line with business requirements
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all business areas
**About you**:
- Extensive experience with calendar scheduling/meeting management/expenses management
- Advanced experience in taking meeting minutes/action points
- Proactive in taking ownership and action of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing regular updates
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills
- Solid time management, attention to detail, prioritising, planning and organisational skills
As well as the above, any experience within the Defence industry or controlled working environment would be highly regarded.
**Special Requirements**:
