As an Inclusive Employment Australia Recruitment Partner, you will play a key role in helping people with disability, injury or health condition build their career. You will work closely with local employers to understand their workforce needs and support them to hire more people with disabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining close relationships with local employers
* Identifying suitable vacancies and referral pathways
* Supporting businesses in employing people with disabilities
You will also engage with job-ready candidates and match them with employers through referrals, job carving and reverse marketing.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas. Previous experience in employment services and business development will be highly regarded.
Strong networking and relationship building skills, with working knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demands, are essential.
