This position involves leading state sales performance with a focus on revenue and margin growth. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, securing new business opportunities, and owning end-to-end negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead state sales performance to drive revenue and margin growth.
* Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
* Oversight of end-to-end negotiations including contracts, trading terms, and tenders.
* Collaboration on accurate sales forecasting via the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
* P&L oversight for state operations and use data to inform business decisions.
* Build strong internal relationships to support commercial strategy.
You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver profitable growth and long-term success across key customer segments. This role requires occasional travel and 100% remote work capability.
