Key Responsibilities
Undertake strategic change planning and execute the plan, including developing change management strategies tailored to the scope and impact of the change over time and ensuring alignment with the broader government context.
Engage with Digital Canberra Executive and staff as well as government stakeholders to assess the impact of structural, functional and reporting line changes, identify gaps in business processes and support the creation or augmentation of processes where needed.
Lead the communication efforts to ensure that staff and stakeholders understand the timing, nature and implications of the changes to reduce uncertainty and clarify arrangements where necessary.
Selection Criteria
Proven experience managing change in a complex organisational environment.
Relevant tertiary education in Business, Organisational Psychology, Change Management or related field.
Experience in organisational change management and/or relevant industry certification.
On offer is a 12-month contract at a highly sought after ACT Government Organisation with a highly competitive hourly rate.
