The Role
* Support monitoring, reporting and training under our Risk & Compliance Frameworks.
* Assist with reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
* Research legislation and regulations to support practical application by the business.
* Assist in the application of risk and compliance requirements.
* Use our systems to maintain registers and support reporting.
* Assist the development and delivery of training to support business awareness of risk and compliance requirements.
* Contribute to the modelling and support of a strong risk culture across the organisation.
What you'll bring
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
* Analytical thinking and strong research capability.
* Highly organized and able to manage challenging and varied work.
* Collaborative and respectful approach.
* Self‐motivation and comfortable to independently apply given directions.
* Certificate IV or tertiary qualification (or progress toward one).
Great if you also have
* 1–4 years' experience in risk, compliance or a regulated environment.
* Knowledge of APRA standards and core legislation.
* Health insurance knowledge.
