What you'll do
* Direct and oversee complex forensic investigations and eDiscovery engagements, setting quality standards and ensuring delivery excellence.
* Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing forensic and eDiscovery teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
* Identify market opportunities and develop go‑to‑market strategies to grow the eDiscovery and forensics practice.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on complex matters.
* Provide senior‑level consulting on eDiscovery strategy, risk mitigation and compliance across the entire discovery lifecycle.
* Oversee forensic acquisition and analysis of electronic evidence from computers, servers, cloud, and mobile devices.
* Provide technical guidance on in‑depth forensic analysis, data recovery and normalisation of data for investigators and legal counsel.
What we're looking for
* Strong experience in eDiscovery with deep knowledge of the complete eDiscovery lifecycle and industry best practices.
* Proven expertise with multiple forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, Cellebrite, Magnet Axiom, Nuix, RelativityOne).
* Demonstrated ability to forensically obtain data whilst maintaining evidential integrity and compliance requirements.
* Client relationship management and consulting experience, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Track record of leading, developing and retaining high‑performing teams in forensics or eDiscovery environments.
* Exceptional analytical and technical aptitude with strategic business acumen.
* Proven ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities and drive practice growth.
* Strong desire to mentor others and share knowledge across the organisation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings clearly and compellingly to senior audiences.
