Your new role
As the Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in building and developing a high-performing sales team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll oversee two Sales Team Leaders and be responsible for driving B2B and B2C sales strategies, optimizing performance through data, and fostering a strong team culture. This is an in-office role based on the Gold Coast.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and coaching sales team leaders and specialists
Using HubSpot or similar CRM to onboard, hire and work sales strategies with the team.
Driving high-value commercial deals across B2B channels (gyms, schools, surf clubs, etc.).
Refining and scaling sales playbooks.
Owning recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations.
Analyzing CRM and sales data to identify gaps and optimize conversion rates.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Proven experience as a sales leader, ideally having scaled a business.
A strong coaching and motivational style, with a team-first mindset.
MUST: experience in HubSpot or similar CRM. A data-driven approach to sales performance and strategy.
B2B sales expertise, with B2C experience also valued.
A hands-on, agile mindset suited to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
A genuine passion for fitness and wellness — industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
