What You’ll Do
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets
* Drive performance across sales, KPIs, and product sell-through
* Oversee store operations – including inventory, visual merchandising, stock management, and presentation
* Manage rosters, train and coach your team to reach their full potential
