This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and manage the operation of Outside School Hours Care services in Bowen, while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that it meets the needs of local children and families.
* Key responsibilities include managing staff, developing programs and activities, and maintaining relationships with parents and caregivers.
* You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to child safety and wellbeing.
Successful candidates will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification, as well as current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
Other qualifications may be considered if you have relevant experience in child care management software or similar roles.
