Assist with processing orders and tracking customer requests in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Using SAP and Microsoft Teams daily Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest improvements. Support the team in achieving customer service goals and KPIs. Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service professional should have: Previous experience in customer service and B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG, Logistics or Manufacturing industry. Previous experience in account managment is highly desirable Strong written and verbal communication. A proactive and customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software.
