This role requires passion for high-quality, person-centred care and relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology.
The successful candidate will provide individualized communication therapy and collaborate with healthcare teams to support older individuals living independently. Key responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, conducting thorough assessments, and delivering evidence-based interventions.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology, such as a Master's degree or higher;
* Registration with the relevant professional body;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work effectively in a team environment;
