WORKPLACE HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER - Hamilton Island Hamilton Island is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Workplace Health & Safety Manager to lead and strengthen our safety programs across a diverse, multi-industry resort operation. This is a key leadership role working closely with the WHS & Governance Leader and Executive team, responsible for the implementation and ongoing maturity of the WHS framework across the organisation. You will drive continuous improvement in safety performance, embed a strong safety culture, and ensure robust governance and compliance across all operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, sound judgement, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. You will bring a balance of operational capability and strategic insight, with experience in regulatory engagement, governance frameworks and driving cultural change.
