Planning Professional
This role provides an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team working on the delivery of residential projects in regional NSW. As a Planning Professional, you will be responsible for interpreting local and state government planning strategies, policies, directions, and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing building design documentation, drawings, and reports to ensure acceptable development aligns with organizational goals.
* Coordinating fee proposals and providing technical advice for various developments and approval pathways.
* Preparing Statement of Environmental Effects and coordinating supporting documentation and reports.
* Undertaking desktop site analysis and research on relevant town planning provisions, development opportunities, and constraints.
* Providing technical support and assistance to sales and delivery teams as required.
Requirements:
* Degree qualifications in a planning-related area or suitable planning qualifications.
* Current Australian Driver's License.
* Reading and understanding technical drawings diagrams.
* Understanding of NSW planning codes, Australian Standards, and NCC.
* Proficient oral/written communication skills, including ability to write complex technical reports in plain English.
