Head of Wellbeing – Monbulk Campus
About the Role
Cire Services is seeking to appoint an experienced and compassionate Head of Wellbeing to provide strategic leadership in the development and delivery of student wellbeing services at our Monbulk Campus.
This pivotal role leads proactive, evidence-informed programs that strengthen student resilience, promote emotional safety, and support holistic wellbeing. Working within a whole-school approach, you will oversee wellbeing staffing, systems, and resources to ensure a cohesive and impactful service that aligns with the school's values and wellbeing framework.
The Head of Wellbeing is a visible and trusted leader, fostering a culture of care, belonging, and empowerment for all students.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership in student wellbeing across the school.
* Collaborate with other wellbeing leaders in the design and implementation of proactive, evidence-informed wellbeing programs and initiatives.
* Oversee wellbeing teams, staffing, and resources to ensure high-quality support.
* Embed a whole-school approach to wellbeing that aligns with school values.
* Promote emotional safety, resilience, inclusion, and empowerment for all students.
* Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and external partners.
* Monitor wellbeing trends and ensure services are responsive and student-centred.
* Contribute to policy development, risk management, and wellbeing planning.
About You

You will bring:
* Experience in wellbeing leadership within an educational or youth-focused setting.
* Strong understanding of evidence-based wellbeing frameworks and programs.
* Ability to lead teams with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A whole-school mindset with the ability to influence across all levels.
* Qualifications in psychology, counselling, social work, education, or a related field (highly regarded).
