Shape strategy future growth Drive safety operational excellence Lead double-scale operation We're seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to oversee our client's largest and busiest operation in Sydney.
Managing a high-volume, double-scale facility, you'll lead a sizeable team and ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe running of our client's distribution hub.
This is a pivotal role in our client's business, with ongoing opportunities to influence strategy and future growth.
Key responsibilities: Lead, coach, and inspire a large team across all warehouse functions.
Manage complex warehouse operations: receiving, cycle counts, pick/pack, and dispatch.
Oversee high-volume daily inbound shipments and outbound deliveries.
Coordinate multiple B2B deliveries across Sydney and regional NSW.
Work closely with sales to align operations with customer needs.
Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.
Skills and Experience: Senior leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or warehousing (large-scale preferred).
Strong HR and people management skills with proven ability to lead big teams.
Strategic thinker who remains hands-on when needed.
Customer-focused and operationally strong, with a track record of streamlining processes.
