Set in beautifully landscaped acreage alongside the Currumbin Creek, Bolton Clarke's Galleon Gardens provides high-quality aged and dementia care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.

Permanent Part Time – AM, PM and Night Duty shifts

Responsibilities
* Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
* Support and care for residents as they age and assist them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self‐determination and comfort.
* Assist residents with self‐care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

* Ensure an effective and consumer‐focused care and service delivery for all residents.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
* Medication competency highly regarded
* Previous experience in aged care
* Flexibility to work across a variety of shift times highly regarded
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc.)
* Completion of a police check
