The Role
You will support an experienced and collaborative HR team in delivering a large-scale organisational change project. Working under guidance from senior HR leaders, you will provide operational and delivery support across key project activities, including aspects of a workforce transition or relocation initiative.
This is a temporary project-based role with a fixed-term duration for six months and potential for extension. The role operates Monday to Friday with a hybrid working arrangement, including some time working from the office. Occasional travel to different sites may be required.
Duties:
Reporting to the Head of HR BPs, some of your duties will include:
* Provide HR advice in line with Australian employment law and the Fair Work Act
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and maintain compliant employee records
* Manage employee relations matters (performance issues, grievances, misconduct)
* Ensure workplace policies comply with Fair Work, awards, and enterprise agreements
* Support performance management and promote fair, respectful workplace practices
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
* Previous experience or exposure to a similar change management project with industrial relations matters
* Willingness to travel between inner-city sites where required to conduct meetings
* A resilient and confident nature
* Be immediately available to start
