Relationship-first portfolio – You’ll manage fewer than 100 clients, with a healthy $500k–$600k income book. These are solid, commercial accounts where your value is in proactive service and advice, not juggling hundreds of small renewals. Less stress, more impact – The support team handles much of the admin, leaving you free to spend time out with clients, conducting risk reviews, and tailoring cover. Pathway ahead – While this role is purely broking, there’s scope to step into a leadership role in the future if that’s where you’d like to go. What you’ll bring 5 years in insurance, ideally with commercial broking experience. Strong technical skills, from preparing submissions through to presenting advice with polish and professionalism. The ability to manage your time effectively and focus on delivery – without needing to be micromanaged. Above all, you’ll be someone who values integrity and genuine client care.
