Haileybury is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join the School as Digital Learning Leader, supporting all Melbourne ELC and Junior School campuses. This role includes an ongoing classroom teaching position and a five-year leadership appointment commencing January 2026.
The Digital Learning Leader (ELC & Junior School) plays a key role in Haileybury's high performing Digital Learning team. They will help drive Haileybury's vision for technology-enhanced education, fostering a dynamic and effective teaching and learning environment.
Main Responsibilities
As the Digital Learning Leader (ELC & Junior School), you will:
- Lead and manage digital learning projects from concept to implementation, ensuring innovation and stakeholder engagement.
- Champion digital pedagogy across the ELC & Junior School, supporting staff through coaching, collaboration, and professional development.
- Oversee the effective use of Canvas and other digital platforms in the ELC & Junior School, ensuring smooth operation, staff support, and continuous improvement.
About you
We are seeking a team member who is:
- Able to communicate a clear vision for how technology enhances teaching and learning, supported by strong pedagogical and leadership skills.
- Skilled in supporting staff with digital tools such as Office 365, Canvas LMS, and iPads to improve classroom practice.
- A collaborative leader who drives innovation, manages projects effectively, and fosters a culture of digital excellence across teams.
