About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining standards and adhering to health and safety requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare gourmet buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events
* Maintain culinary standards while ensuring compliance with OH&S and HACCP regulations
* Support sustainable kitchen practices and waste reduction initiatives
* Assist with stock management, receiving supplies and monitoring cold room controls
