About the Role
As an Employment Success Officer, you'll be the bridge between the community, local employers, and the people we support.
Your work combines community engagement, employer relationship‑building, and post‑placement support helping participants not only find work but succeed in it.
Will be active and confident in the community, introducing Castle's services and creating strong partnerships that lead to meaningful employment opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
Community & Employer Engagement
Build strong relationships with local employers, industry groups and community networks
Promote Castle's services and share how we support inclusive recruitment
Identify job opportunities that align with participant strengths
Represent Castle at events, visits and networking activities
Participant Support
Work 1:1 with participants to understand goals, strengths and barriers
Support with job search, applications, interviews and onboarding
Provide tailored coaching and motivation throughout the employment journey
Post‑Placement & Ongoing Support
Maintain regular contact with employers and participants
Assist with on‑the‑job issues, workplace adjustments and retention strategies
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with IEA requirements
What You Bring
* Experience in employment services, community engagement, customer service, or a similar people‑focused role
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Ability to work independently and use sound judgement
* Empathy, resilience and a passion for inclusion
* Certificate IV in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Essential for the role: Driver's licence, WWCC (or willingness to obtain), NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain).
