Lead Senior Education Professional
The Lockyer District High School is seeking a passionate and flexible educator to join its leadership team as a Deputy Principal responsible for Senior Schooling.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the learning outcomes across Year 11 & 12, focusing on ensuring all students develop their global competencies for transition into the future workforce with confidence and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Academic Leadership:
o QCAA processes; QCE tracking of student outcomes; supporting the VET RTO Manager
* Welfare and Engagement Leadership:
o PBL Tier I, PBL Tiers II & III, Wellbeing
* Events/Operational Leadership:
o Assemblies, Celebrations, Year 11 & 12 Exams, Staff Meetings
* Human Resources Leadership:
o Heads of Year, YLC/Lead Teacher group, Year 11 & 12 YLCs, Non-teaching Wellbeing Team
About the Role:
This role is offered on a temporary full-time basis from 14 July 2025 until 19 September 2025, unless otherwise determined. As an instructional leader, you will be focused on leading the development of quality teaching and learning, nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers, and stakeholders in senior schooling.
