Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries and drive sales through effective communication and conversion strategies.
This part-time role involves calling potential clients who have expressed interest in our products, understanding their needs, and booking assessments for tailored energy solutions.
">Key Responsibilities:
* Contact potential customers to discuss energy-saving air conditioning and heat pump options.
* Convert inquiries into sales by clearly articulating the benefits of our products.
* Schedule assessments and appointments, coordinating closely with our installation team.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
* Provide exceptional service and follow-up support to build strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
* Experience: 6-12 months in a customer service or sales environment, preferably with call center experience is required.
* Language: Fluent in English, with strong listening and comprehension skills.
* Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and sales abilities.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with the energy efficiency industry or VEU program is a plus but not required.
