Job Overview
The Facilities Supervisor is a key member of the facilities management team responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site.
Job Responsibilities
* Ensure seamless execution of daily facility operations to maintain brick and mortar and its critical equipment.
* Support business needs of Site Management while providing a comfortable and safe work environment to all staff.
* Utilize Helpdesk System to manage facilities tasks and work tickets in a timely manner.
* Participate in audits and reviews of executed operational methods and practices to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
* Provide input to senior management and help manage vendor relationships for all facilities purchases and supply orders.
* Support senior management in managing relocation/space planning such as reconfigurations and build-outs according to schedule.
* Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are being followed through ongoing communication and reinforcing accountability.
* Monitor day-to-day site operations of long-term third-party contractors to ensure performance meets vendor service level agreement.
* Coordinate with procurement in gathering quotes from outside vendors for building fixtures, repairs, maintenance, and upkeep to evaluate each project and total cost-saving potential.
* Monitor all purchase orders and payments to ensure no late payment and compliance on Coupa activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
