Johnsons MME is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Advisory Administrator to join our team in Albury.
This role supports our Financial Advisory team in delivering high-quality service to our clients. You'll assist with client documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day administration to help ensure the smooth running of our advisory division.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing administrative support to our Financial Advisers
* Managing client records and compliance documentation
* Preparing reports, forms, and client correspondence
* Liaising with clients and product providers to follow up information
* Assisting with appointment bookings and diary management
