This is a diverse and pivotal role within the Corporate and Financial Services team, combining administration, finance, customer service, and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support across corporate and financial functions. Deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally. Assist in financial processing and reporting activities. Lead and support a small team to achieve operational goals. About You Previous experience within a local government environment is essential. Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated experience in a senior administrative support role. Loving having worked in rural QLD communities is a huge plus Strong written communication skills, with the ability to summarise documents, prepare reports, and draft accurate correspondence. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with SynergySoft, Altus Business Systems, or other local government software systems is highly desirable. Excellent organisational, time management, and customer service skills, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
