Salary: $29.19 – $36.55 per hour + Salary Packaging
Employment: Permanent Part-Time (10–60 hours per fortnight) or Casual (0 set hours + flexibility)
Required Availability: 6am–9pm Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends
Locations: Cockburn, Cottesloe, Nollamara, Ascot, Gosnells, Duncraig & Joonadalup
Your Responsibilities
* Provide personalised support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and household duties
* Accompany customers to appointments, social activities, and recreational outings
* Encourage independence through skill‐building, goal‐setting, and supportive decision‐making
* Maintain accurate documentation and open communication with customers, families, and team members
* Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment in line with Rocky Bay policies
