About this role
This project is a key initiative to drive integration and alignment between two organisations. The goal is to leverage the combined capabilities of both entities to enhance the delivery of health services to the community.
The scope of work includes implementation of governance, staffing, operational, organisational, and health service changes to align and integrate the two organisations. This will involve creating, managing, and implementing a comprehensive work plan with support from staff and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing open communication and consultation with staff and external stakeholders on changes and opportunities involved in the integration process.
* Creating and managing the integration work plan with support from staff and stakeholders.
* Ensuring that integration timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and archived.
* Working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements.
* Reporting to and supporting the Integration Steering Committee.
* Developing clear and consistent communication channels.
* Oversight of integration/separation tasks across all business functions.
* Cordination of Day 1 readiness and ensuring a smooth transition.
* Support for project evaluation and acquittal.
