Established over 15 years ago, the company partners with local and national brands to deliver creative, end-to‐end branding solutions across design, print, merchandise, and signage. The organisation has a vast range of products from business stationery, brochures, and direct mailers through to large‐format signage and custom merchandise.
They are now seeking a hands‐on Account & Operations Coordinator to support day‐to‐day client accounts and ensure smooth delivery across multiple projects. This is a fast‐paced, detail‐focused role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys keeping things moving across clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

What will you do?
* Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts day‐to‐day
* Act as the main contact for updates, orders, and queries
* Turn client requests into clear internal job workflows
* Coordinate end‐to‐end delivery (quoting, production, dispatch)
* Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to keep jobs on track
* Raise and manage purchase orders and supplier coordination
* Support sourcing of merchandise, print, and promotional products
* Maintain accurate CRM records, job tracking, and documentation
* Assist with quotes, costings, and order processing
* Keep account information organised and up to date
* Support senior staff by taking ownership of routine coordination tasks
What do you need?
* 2+ Experience in account management, customer service, admin, or similar
* Background in print, merchandise, branding, or manufacturing (advantageous, not essential)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
* Clear communicator who is confident dealing with clients and suppliers
* High attention to detail and strong follow‐through
* Comfortable working in a small team and task‐driven environment
* Proactive, reliable, and team‐oriented approach
