About The RoleAn Administration Officer – Primary Health Care Trainee is a patient\'s first point of contact at one of our medical clinics. 
This is an entry point role with potential for further growth and development. 
The role will be supervised by experienced health professionals. 
You should NOT hold a Certificate III to be eligible for this position. 
You will be required to ensure the patient flow is conducted with minimal interruptions by effectively using time management skills, informative communication, and observing the overall demeanor of patients in waiting.DutiesFirst point of contact meet and greet clients.Attend to all phone calls and messages in accordance with the ATSICHS Triage process.Booking of appointments using the MMex system.Maintain specialist calendars.Ensure all correspondence related to GP referrals is scanned and filed in the appropriate patient chart.Ensure that confidentiality is observed at all times when dealing with patient information.CultureEnjoy working in an organisation that makes a difference in the community.
