An incredible opportunity has become available for a professional and commercially focused Director of Revenue & Distribution. This Senior leadership role will be responsible for driving top-line growth, optimise distribution and lead commercial performance across our award-winning hotel portfolio. Reporting into the Executive General Manager - Hotels, this role will lead a dedicated team across sales, revenue and reservations to ensure each property is positioned competitively and profitably within its market.

About the Role
As the Director of Revenue & Distribution, you will be responsible for driving RevPAR, profitability and market positioning across the Doma Hotels portfolio. As a key leader within the business you will oversee revenue strategy, pricing, forecasting, distribution optimisation and commercial reporting.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing portfolio-wide revenue strategies to maximise RevPAR and GOP
* Leading pricing, forecasting, budgeting and demand analysis
* Overseeing all distribution channels including OTAs, brand.com, GDS and wholesale
* Negotiating and managing key third-party distribution partnerships
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategy
* Acting as a trusted commercial advisor to senior leadership teams
* Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing revenue and distribution team
* Championing effective use of revenue management systems and reporting tools
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* 8 plus years proven senior revenue management leadership experience within hotels or hospitality groups.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth and improved profitability.
* Deep understanding of hotel distribution, pricing strategy, and channel economics.
* Experience leading and developing small, specialist teams.
* Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into clear, commercial action.
* Multi-property or portfolio experience.
* Experience working with lifestyle or premium hotel brands.
* Exposure to system implementation or optimisation projects.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
* Confident influencer with the ability to challenge and guide senior stakeholders.
Location
This role is preferably Canberra-based. However, we will consider candidates based in Sydney or Newcastle, with the expectation of frequent travel to Canberra to support the portfolio and leadership teams.
