Axial Training is a long-established, fast-growing RTO delivering apprenticeship training across key trades in NSW and Queensland. Since 1997, we've believed that no one should miss out on an education—and we back that up with flexible, on‑site workplace training and outstanding customer support.
We're now looking for a motivated Account Manager to grow and support our client base across the NSW Central / Mid‑North Coast region.
About the role
As an Axial Account Manager, you'll be the trusted partner for employers in your region—building strong relationships, identifying training needs, and driving apprenticeship growth.
You'll spend your time:
* Managing and nurturing existing client accounts
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Promoting Axial's apprenticeship and training solutions to employers
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner and employer experience
This role is perfect if you:
* Enjoy hitting targets and owning your results
* Feel just as confident talking to a business owner in a small workshop as you do to a senior leader in a boardroom
* Love being on the road, meeting people, and managing your own schedule
What you'll bring
* Proven B2B sales and service experience – ideally within an RTO, GTO, AASN or similar environment
* A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong organisation and time management – you know how to plan your days and follow through
* A proactive, professional "get it done" attitude and a genuine interest in helping businesses and learners succeed
