* A minimum of 2 years' experience as qualified in high-end residential landscape construction or 5 years experience without qualifications.
* Solid skills in:
* Site planning, set-out, and levelling
* Paving, concreting, and timberwork (decks, fences, screens)
* Irrigation and lighting installation
* Soft landscaping
* Experience managing site activities and subcontractors
* A strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
* Physical fitness and the ability to lead by example
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
To Be Successful, You'll Have
