We are currently seeking a Repairable Item Officer to manage repairable inventory through local and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) repair programs.
Your responsibilities include:
Manage the Induction of repairable inventory through Local and FMS repair programs.
Maintain and update Annual Induction Schedule for repairable inventory.
Provide a sound level of advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders across the Company with respect to Logistics and Supply Support Management activities.
Contribute to the development and delivery of supply support management plans and reporting requirements.
Maintain repair and supply pipelines of components to ensure project targets are achieved.
Conduct stock requirement management activities, including stock holdings assessments.
Ensure the delivery of goods, services and information to external customers, and internally to a maintenance support service delivery organisation.
About you:
To be successful in your application, it is essential you demonstrate the following criteria:
Tertiary qualifications (Certificate III or above) in a relevant discipline, or equivalent.
Substantial experience in data item management, with experience using SAP (highly desirable), or other similar logistics / maintenance systems.
Substantial knowledge, ability and experience in procurement and repair methodologies
Computer literacy with an ability to analyse and interpret reports and material management information
Special Requirements:
