We’re excited to welcome a joyful and experienced Assistant Director/Educational Lead to our Enrich family. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a central role in our Centre, working alongside the Director to deliver exceptional education and care.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone with solid experience in early education. Perhaps you’ve been a Director before and are ready to step back a little while still embracing your passion for leadership.
We value work-life balance, and this position is open for those seeking to work full time or part-time (4 days per week).
You’ll bring:

A mentoring spirit, guiding the team through role modelling and open communication.
Strong written skills, able to create clear, professional documentation.
Knowledge of the OWNA platform and emotional intelligence practices is a plus — but not essential. What matters most is your positive mindset, resilience, and love for supporting others. We’ll happily provide training to help you shine.
