Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of baking techniques, food safety standards, and consistency in production while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and bake a variety of products such as bread, rolls, pastries, cakes, and cookies
* Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
* Measure and mix ingredients according to established standards
* Operate and maintain baking equipment and ovens
* Ensure all products meet quality, appearance, and taste standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations
* Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred
* Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Strong time-management and multitasking skills
* Attention to detail and consistency
* Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Preferred Skills
* Culinary or baking certification
* Experience with specialty breads, pastries, or custom orders
* Creativity and passion for baking
Work Environment
* Fast-paced bakery or kitchen setting
* Early morning or overnight shifts may be required

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
