Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Horticulturist to lead our garden maintenance team. As a Horticulturist, you will oversee the efficient completion of tasks and provide guidance to your team members.
You will prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure the timely completion of gardening activities such as planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
The successful candidate will assess garden areas, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality green spaces.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train team members to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.

* Lead a team of maintenance staff to complete tasks efficiently.
* Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of gardening activities.
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.

Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or minimum 5 years' experience.
* Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
* White Card.
* Valid Driver's license.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
