* Project planning - Lead project planning by managing resources, establishing and tracking both long-term and short-term programs. Identify project-specific risks, goals, and opportunities while overseeing the procurement schedule to align with key project milestones. Conduct project progress reporting and conducting meetings with stakeholders.
* Work, Health and Safety - Managing compliance with safety systems, workplace injury management and workers compensation legislation, regulations, standards and codes, safe work method statements and the site safety rules.
* Design Management - Oversee design management by coordinating consultants to deliver design milestones in line with project timelines. Ensure all designs meet time, cost, and quality objectives, and that Design Risk Assessments are completed and reviewed as required.
* Staff management & leadership - Provide strong, proactive leadership to project teams by setting clear expectations, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability across all stages of project delivery. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate progress, align on project goals, and address key issues

* Relevant industry qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar, preferably with trade background;
* Sound experience within the Construction Industry, preferrable in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment section, with a minimum of 7 years' experience;
