Bakers Delight Morayfield is seeking an experienced Baker or a Baker Apprentice with some or no experience, to join our team in Morayfield QLD ****.
This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods to the highest standard.
As a key member of our small bakery team, you will play an integral role in ensuring our customers receive freshly baked and delicious products every day.
What you'll be doing Preparing and baking breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer orders Ensuring all products meet quality and presentation standards Monitoring stock levels of ingredients and reporting any shortages Maintaining a clean and organised work environment Assisting with the training and supervision of junior bakers (if qualified) Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers What we're looking for Formal qualification in baking or a related field Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely Excellent time management and multitasking skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations What we offer At Bakers Delight, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
