About The Role
* People leadership: Lead, manage and mentor a team of Property & Asset Managers. Grow the team, manage performance and implement succession plans.
* Operational Excellence: Act as an escalation point, manage contractors, drive strategy, innovation and continuous improvement across the portfolio, create new initiatives, uncover fresh perspective and review and challenge existing processes whilst upholding strong customer focus.
* Business Development: Seek out opportunities by utilising existing networks and creating new ones both internally and externally. Maintain and build on existing client relationships, use the CBRE platform to broaden scope of contacts and leverage relationships.
About You
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the Property industry
* Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of Property Management
* Strong customer and relationship focus with an inherent ability to build upon existing relationships and seek out new ones.
* Genuine curiosity around process improvement, innovates and strives for best-in-class client and employee experience.
* Thrives in a delivery focused role, enjoys variety and exposure to multiple projects.
