The Front Office Team Leader plays a crucial role in the success of our Resort, overseeing daily operations of Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit functions.
This hands-on position leads the team to provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support Front Office and Reservations team members in their daily duties, providing guidance where needed.
* Effectively manage all guest arrivals and departures, adhering to established procedures and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Maintain strong communication with the Reservations office to ensure accurate room allocation and maximize yield.
* Provide ongoing support to all areas of the Resort, assisting in peak times to prevent potential issues.
* Collaborate with Front Office Management to operate a highly productive department, handling guest complaints professionally and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
