Production Leadership Role
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The successful candidate will have experience in overseeing day-to-day production activities, managing production processes, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop their team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Process Management: Manage all in-house manufacturing processes, including dispensing, compounding, filling, labelling, and packing.
* Supply Chain Support: Support external production processes and work across Supply Chain functions to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Production Operation Teams, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance individual and team performance.
