Key Requirements:
 * 4-8 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
 * Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
 * Deep understanding of sourcing tools and platforms.
 * Experience supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
 * Previous experience embedded within a product or engineering organization.
 * Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
