We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Airport Services Manager to join our Airport Operations team at Launceston Airport.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead airport interface, compliance and standards across operations, ensuring alignment with CASA regulations and operational priorities
* Provide strategic oversight of operational readiness, including ORAT activities and integration of infrastructure projects into a live airport environment
* Drive regulatory compliance, audits and risk mitigation initiatives, ensuring adherence to MOS 139 and all legislative requirements
* Act as the key operational interface for airlines, regulators and contractors, managing complex stakeholder relationships
* Lead, mentor and develop the Interface, Compliance and Administration team, including workforce planning and rostering
* Deliver continuous improvement across systems, processes and operational performance to enhance safety, efficiency and customer outcomes

The Successful Candidate Will Have

* Extensive experience in airport operations, airfield management or aviation infrastructure environments
* Strong knowledge of CASA regulations, MOS 139 and aerodrome certification requirements
* Demonstrated leadership experience in complex, safety-critical operational settings
* Proven experience managing project interfaces, operational risk and ORAT activities
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Experience leading regulatory audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives
